Thank you for shopping at Personalizan!

Because all our products are handmade and personalized to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Email us at support@personalizan.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

    • A short description of the issue

  3. Policy:
    1. 30 days refund window for a full refund

Once we verify the issue, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Spelling errors provided by the customer

  • Personalization details submitted incorrectly

Please double-check all names, dates, and details before placing your order.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your item may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or changed.
